Octagon Equipment was started because of the need for specialized equipment for certain jobs within the construction industry and the lack of currently marketed options to fill those needs.  Our family of companies works diversely throughout the construction industry as a self performing GC on projects on both the residential and commercial ends of the construction project spectrum.  Because of our needs, owner, Bo Stocks started developing his own automated tools to accomplish his goals.  His initial project was a  6-way dozer blade, which quickly progressed to an 8-way dozer blade because of a desire for full automation and ability to manual grade, all in one machine. Along the way he added tools like the rear rippers and power rakes and is still working on development of new ideas.
